Returns & Refund policy
We offer 14-days return policy. Which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item. All returned items must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. If you received a damage item or not as described, you can request a return or an exchange. To request a return, please send us an email to email@example.com. Your email must include a proof of purchase such as order confirmation code or purchase code. Buyers are responsible for returns shipping cost.

Damages and issues
We recommend that you inspect the item upon arrival. If you received a damaged or defective item or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
You will receive an email once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. We will let you know the approval decision in the same email. If the return is approved, we will automatically issue the refund on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Some item cannot be refunded/returned such as Food, plants, gift cards, personal care and beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items.
